These game are currently on sale on Steam for over US$150 (Black Ops US$67, MW2 US$67, Stimulus DLC US$15, Counter Strike US$20).
I'll email the Steam account details plus instructions - simply change the password & email address to your own and then you're ready to go and you can download the games onto your PC. So there are no CD's required.
